Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship everywhere! We offer a flat international rate shipping charge of $20. International delivery is typically between 3-6 weeks. Please note: customer is responsible for any and all customs/duty and all other related charges.
How Long After I Place An Order Will It Be Shipped?
All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within 2 - 5 business days of the order. However, most times your package will be shipped the very same day! Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so all orders placed on these days and after 3 PM on Friday will be shipped by the upcoming week. It typically takes 2-5 business days to receive your order. Orders shipped to Canada can take between 2-4 weeks for delivery and we are neither aware of nor responsible for any customs/duty charges.
Also, please note these Holiday's also make delays with shipments. Another delay may come during large sales.

What Can Cause My Order To Be Delayed?
During large sales and promotional events, shipping time can be delayed. We have most likely received a large number of orders and it may take us a little longer to get your order shipped to you. Your patience is greatly appreciated and we will do everything possible to process and ship your order as soon as possible.
Your item may be out of stock or being shipped to us from a store location. We will contact you if we are unable to restock an out of stock item.
Why has my item not shipped?
Please always refer to the description of an item before purchasing. We do allow backorder and pre-order items on some popular pieces. These listings will have an estimated shipping date. These dates may not be 100% spot on, but are in the ballpark of when we expect them to be shipped. If you are wanting an item for a certain event, send us an email and let us know. We will confirm that if your item is not available for this date, you will receive 100% of your money back.
If your item says it is an in stock item, please contact us if it has been over 2-5 business days and you have still received no shipping confirmation. If you chose Priority or Expedited shipping, feel free to contact us within 24 business hours after you see no shipping.
I received a shipping confirmation but it has not updated, why?
We ask that you please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking information for it to be updated in the USPS system. However, if you do not see updates after this time, please contact us and we will figure out what is going on. There are many reasons for this delay and we will work promptly to get it figured out!
Tracking says my item was delivered, but i have not received it. What do I do now?
If your package says delivered and you have not received it, we suggest first checking the address you entered for shipping. If this is incorrect, unfortunately we cannot change this after the item has been shipped. If it is correct and you have not received your package, go to your local USPS and let them know your item was never received.
What If I Need My Order Shipped Faster?
Feel free to shoot us an email! However, we do also offer the option of Priority and Expedited Shipping options! We will do everything possible to get your order to you as soon as you need it!
How Do I Use A Promotional Code?
Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into our discount bar, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order and we DO NOT price match any past or future promotions.
Do I Get Any Confirmation My Order Went Through?
Anytime you place an order you will receive 2 emails. The first will be a confirmation email containing your order number. The second email contains your tracking number and is sent once your item has been marked as shipped! Please note that it can take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be activated!
How Do I Make A Return?
In order to return properly, please refer to our Return Policy online to make sure your return meets the criteria.
Can I Exchange My Item?
We can not guarantee an exchange. The item you are wanting may very well be out of stock. For this reason, a gift certificate code will be mailed to you and you may choose any item you want!
Why Is Everything I Want Out Of Stock?
We have the most amazing customers and we are growing all the time! Sometimes we just aren't prepared for the amount of admiration our customers have towards our clothes, and things sell out ridiculously fast! We are still working out the kinks as far as quantity goes! We appreciate everyone's patience, and will continue to try and grow gracefully with our customers.
How Will I Know When An Item Is Restocked?
You can sign up on the item's page to be notified via email once the item is restocked. Our Facebook, Instagram & Twitter will also be updated with restocks, pre-orders, sales, and contests! I Cannot Find The Answers To My Questions, How Do I Reach Customer Service?
The quickest and easiest way to contact us is @ firstname.lastname@example.org We respond to all emails Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM CST. Any emails sent Friday after 5PM CST- Sunday will be answered first thing Monday morning. We will attempt to answer back as promptly as possible!
Anchored Hope will not be responsible for shipping reimbursement due to the following issues:
wrong address is input at time of order by customer
Post Office error or error of delivery person (Please remember Priority Mail does include insurance of up to $50 if you choose to purchase this shipping method)
package is left with another party or at a location
package refused by the customer - if the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to Anchored Hope. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Anchored Hope will cover return shipping costs if there is a mistake with your order, or your package or merchandise arrive damaged.
We do our best to make the order process as quick and smooth as possible. For the protection of our customers, the following process is applied.
