We always want your shopping experience at Anchored Hope Boutique to be a fantastic one! Hopefully you love everything you purchase with us, however, if something does not work out we're here to help! If you have any questions email us at

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please make sure your item is eligible for a return and complete the return form posted below. If the form will not print correctly, just please include the information needed. We also include the form in every package for your convenience! 

• Due to our quick turnaround, we are unable to cancel any orders after they have begun processing. Your credit card will be immediately charged at the time of purchase and you will receive an email confirmation on your order.

• Only online credit will be given for items (unless we have made a mistake-we will gladly fix any mistake we have made.) Our inventory is limited, as well as on a live system; this means, we are unable to do exchanges or holds.

•Please note that the cost of shipping is not eligible for a refund (unless we have made a mistake-again, we will gladly fix any mistake we make!)

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the order is received. All returns will be issued a gift certificate via email that can be used online or in store.

  • Please note: All items bought on discounts or on sale are non-refundable and FINAL SALE! These items CANNOT be returned for store credit or be exchanged!
  • Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, Silicon Bras, Leotards and Gift Certificates Can NOT be returned or exchanged. 
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box without damage to the box and mailed back over-boxed. .i.e., NO shipping labels, other marking on the outside of the shoe box will be accepted.
  • All merchandise must be returned in a saleable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke free condition with the original tags attached (if applicable) - NO makeup or deodorant stains).
  • All returns postmarked after 14 days or not in compliance with the above conditions WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.


If you received defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department within two business days so we can correct the issue.


1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria.
2. Complete the return form that is included in your order and include it inside the package with the item(s) you are returning.
3. Please return your item(s) via your carrier of choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.

5. Original Shipping Costs will not be refunded and will be deducted from gift certificate code.
